We read every message and aim to reply within two business days. Total Recall is based in Israel, so responses land on an Israel Standard Time schedule (UTC+2/+3) and we do not send email on Saturdays.

What to reach us about

• Commercial licensing and pricing. Questions about using Total Recall inside a company, team licensing, or the free public beta.
• Product support. Installation help, setup questions, or anything that is not behaving the way the docs describe.
• Privacy and data removal. Total Recall is local-first and stores nothing on our servers, but if you joined the waitlist and want your email deleted, ask here and we will remove it. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
• Press and partnerships. Coverage, collaborations, or speaking about how the memory layer works.
